LAKEVILLE, CT (Saturday, July 17, 2021) — The No. 1 Total lubricants-backed Lamborghini team notched a fifth-place position on the grid for today’s Northeast Grand Prix and Lime Rock Park.
Madison Snow had the honors for the first qualifying session, determining the starting position for the No. 1 Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO, setting the fifth-fastest time around the 1.5-mile ‘bullring’ circuit.
The second qualifying session of the day determined championship points for the team. Snow’s co-driver Bryan Sellers was at the helm and turned the seventh fastest time. In the pair’s last visit to Lime Rock together, in 2018, they scored victory.
Qualifying came at the end of a start-stop day of IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship action, with the second practice being interrupted for more than 30 minutes as heavy rain and lightning rolled through the area.
Rain is also in the forecast for Saturday’s two-hour, 40-minute race.
“With the rain and lightning in the area, we definitely didn’t get as much running as I think we would have liked here at Lime Rock,” Paul Miller Racing team owner, Paul Miller, said.
“That being said, the team made good progress with limited time yesterday, and I think we have a good shot at competing, no matter the weather.”
The two-hour, 40-minute Northeast Grand Prix goes green Saturday, July 17th at 3:10 PM. The race will be shown LIVE on TrackPass on NBC Sports Gold. Same-day network coverage will air on NBCSN beginning at 5:30 PM.

“Qualifying’s over, and now it’s race time! I think we made some progress on the car doing that session compared to earlier in the day. We’re definitely heading in the right direction, and qualifying went pretty alright. It should be a good race for us. I’m interested to see if it rains or not—personally, I think I would like it to rain—but we’ll see what the race brings!”
