ELKHART LAKE, Wisconsin (August 8, 2015) – The No. 48 Paul Miller Racing Castrol EDGE Audi R8 LMS will start tomorrow’s Continental Tire Road Race Showcase from the outside of the second row after a fourth-place qualifying effort Saturday with driver Dion von Moltke.

Round seven of 10 races on the 2015 IMSA TUDOR Championship GT Daytona (GTD) schedule, the Continental Tire Road Race Showcase will be broadcast live on FOX Sports 1, tomorrow, Sunday, August 9, from 3 – 6 p.m. EDT. Live timing and scoring and IMSA Radio’s play-by-play is available during the race at IMSA.com.

“Fourth place, second row on the grid, is a nice place to start tomorrow,” von Moltke said. “To be honest, going into qualifying it’s a better result than we were expecting. It’s a huge testament to not only our engineers here at Paul Miller Racing but just everyone on the team, coming together, working together, fighting our way forward.”

Von Moltke held the pole early in the competitive 15-minute qualifying session but didn’t have the pace to challenge in the closing minutes.

“It’s a bit frustrating, but Road America has probably never been the best Audi track,” von Moltke said. “I believe that’s the fastest lap an Audi has done around here so it shows that we’re improving every year. We’re improving the package, maximizing the package we have available to us.”

Von Moltke will start tomorrow’s race and hand off to co-driver, Christopher Haase, to take the Audi to the finish.

“It looks like a race that will be tough for us in performance,” Haase said. “I have to say, it is more or less the same feeling like last year. It is time to change something to help the competition.”

Paul Miller Racing’s proven teamwork could be the difference on Sunday despite the team’s overall lack of pace.

“Tomorrow is what counts, so that’s what we’re focused on now, and we’re going come together as a team, work together as a team,” von Moltke said. Chris has been awesome all weekend so we’re just focused on getting the best result we can. Hopefully it’s good enough to win.”

Race-day Sunday begins with a 20-minute warm-up at 9 a.m. CDT with the Continental Tire Road Race Showcase going green at 2:05 p.m. CDT.
