Paul Miller Racing
Backed by a wealth of experience, world-class talent, and a long record of success, Paul Miller Racing has been a fixture in top-level North American sports car racing since 2010.
The team entered professional competition in Grand-Am and the American Le Mans Series before becoming a full-time entrant in IMSA with the launch of the unified WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in 2014.
Team founder Paul Miller is no stranger to success- either behind the wheel or as a team owner. In the 1980s, he led the Porsche factory effort in the Trans-Am Series and became a front-runner in IMSA endurance racing, driving alongside legends such as Bob Akin, Brian Redman, and Hans Stuck.
Miller competed three times in the 24 Hours of Le Mans and nine times in the Rolex 24 At Daytona, famously winning the GTO class at Daytona in 1988.
The team’s international crew brings decades of experience from every level of sports car racing, providing the expertise and precision that have become Paul Miller Racing’s trademarks.
The first breakthrough came in 2018, when the team – partnering with Lamborghini Squadra Corse – captured the IMSA GTD class team, driver, and manufacturer championships with the Lamborghini Huracán GT3.
More success followed in 2020, when Paul Miller Racing triumphed at the Rolex 24 At Daytona and claimed the Michelin Endurance Cup title.
A key turning point arrived in 2022, when the team switched to the BMW M4 GT3. The debut season with BMW brought immediate results, as Paul Miller Racing clinched the IMSA Sprint Cup championship.
The momentum carried into 2023, when the team set a new class record with five GTD victories, secured both the GTD team and driver championships, and helped BMW capture the manufacturer crown – repeating Sprint Cup title honors from the previous year.
In 2024, Paul Miller Racing stepped up to the ultra-competitive GTD PRO category. The transition was seamless, with the team winning the Michelin Endurance Cup and scoring a GTD PRO class victory at Virginia International Raceway.
For 2025, Paul Miller Racing has expanded to its first full-season, two-car program in GTD PRO. The No. 1 BMW M4 GT3 is driven by Neil Verhagen (USA) and Madison Snow (USA), while the No. 48 BMW M4 GT3 is piloted by Max Hesse (Germany) and Dan Harper (Northern Ireland).
All four are BMW factory drivers, making the team one of the most prominent BMW M Motorsport representatives in IMSA. With an average age of just 24, the lineup is the youngest in GTD PRO and among the most exciting rising stars in international GT racing.
At the 2025 Rolex 24 At Daytona, the team bolstered its lineups with two more BMW works drivers: Kelvin van der Linde (South Africa) joined Verhagen and Snow in the No. 1, while Augusto Farfus (Brazil) teamed up with Hesse and Harper in the No. 48. Endurance rounds during the season also see Connor De Phillippi (USA) in the No. 1 and Jesse Krohn (Finland) in the No. 48.
Paul Miller Racing’s BMW M4 GT3s are instantly recognizable in the IMSA paddock, sporting striking BMW M Motorsport liveries that are nearly identical in design – differentiated only by subtle accents between the No. 1 and No. 48.
Based in Buford, Georgia, with satellite support from Parsippany, New Jersey, the team conducts year-round technical operations and tests primarily at its home track, Road Atlanta.
Beyond its racing program, Paul Miller Racing offers driver coaching services, aftermarket street tuning and upgrades, as well as ride-along and race weekend experiences – connecting fans and clients directly with the excitement of sports car racing.
