BRASELTON, GA (Friday, September 4, 2020) – Madison Snow delivered a stand-out performance in qualifying for Saturday’s TireRack.com Grand Prix at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, putting the Paul Miller Lamborghini second on the grid.

The No. 48 Total lubricants-backed Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO squad was greeted by hot and humid conditions at their home track, with ambient temperatures exceeding 90 degrees fahrenheit during the day. Snow and co-drivers Bryan Sellers and Corey Lewis each took their turns behind the wheel during today’s two  IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship practice sessions before Snow tried his hand at a fast lap during qualifying.

“Madison did a great job in qualifying to put our team on the front row and our team did a wonderful job setting up the car for qualifying,” Paul Miller Racing founder Paul Miller said.

“Qualifying was run in evening conditions, so the heat wasn’t quite as intense as it was in the afternoon and we’re hoping it will be a bit cooler tomorrow through the day. Coming back and doing the race at VIR to prepare for the Michelin Endurance Cup has made Madison more comfortable in the car, and quicker too.”

The six-hour TireRack.com Grand Prix At Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta goes green Saturday, September 5th at 11:35 AM. It marks the second race of the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup, which Paul Miller Racing currently holds a three point lead in following their win at the Rolex 24 at Daytona.

The race will be shown live on NBCSN from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM Eastern and from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Live flag-to-flag coverage will be available on TrackPass on NBC Sports Gold and on the NBC Sports App with authentication starting at 11:30 AM Eastern Saturday, September 5th.

“It was a good qualifying session for us. Anywhere up front is a great place to be for the start of a six-hour race. It definitely shows we have good pace in the car. The car was super comfortable out there. We are so glad we did VIR two weekends ago. The first is just to get me reacquainted with the car because I’ve spent so much time out of it over the last two years. But also, there are so many small things we learned that have helped us out for this weekend as we fight for the Michelin Endurance Cup. I think we’re well prepared and should be strong tomorrow.”
